Creating Content
You can create content from the Producer’s Action Bar. The + Create button gives you quick access to Polls and Forms. Other content types (slides, welcome cards, speakers, check-ins, links) are created from the Content Tab’s content type menus.
Questions
Section titled “Questions”Where: Q&A Tab → Create Question button

| Author Name | Who the question is from. Defaults to “Anonymous”. Useful for relaying audience questions from a microphone runner. |

The question appears in the Preparing column, ready for you to go live when the moment is right. Comments and voting can be controlled from the card toggles after creation.

After creation, the poll appears in Preparing. Use the card toggles to control Activity Feed visibility, comments, and voting. Go live to open voting and display it on the Display View.

Slides
Section titled “Slides”Where: Content Tab — upload via the slides section
- Select a PDF file from your computer
- Live Room processes each page into individual slide images
- Two versions are created per slide:
- High-res for the Display View
- Mobile-optimized for the Activity Feed
- Each page appears as a separate slide card in Preparing
Use Go Live → Next to advance through your deck during the presentation.

Welcome Card
Section titled “Welcome Card”A welcome card greets attendees when they join. See Welcome Card for details.
Speaker Profile
Section titled “Speaker Profile”A speaker bio card with name, headshot, social links, and biography. See Speaker Profiles for details.
Check-in
Section titled “Check-in”An attendance check-in — attendees tap to confirm they’re present. See Check-ins for details.
Share an external URL (article, PDF, video, case study). Click Fetch Preview to automatically pull the page title, description, and image. See Links for details.

After attendees submit, you can view responses from the form card’s more menu → View Responses.
Image uploads
Section titled “Image uploads”All content types that support images (speaker headshots, company logos, welcome logos, link preview images) use a unified upload area. You can:
- Drag and drop an image file
- Click to browse and select a file
- Paste a URL into the input at the bottom of the upload area
- Create your content before the event starts. Having everything in Preparing means you can focus on moderation and timing during the live session.
- Use the Popup toggle on poll cards to grab attendee attention at the right moment
- Upload slide decks as PDFs — the processing handles image quality and optimization automatically
- For recurring events, build up a content library so you can import quickly
