Presenter View

The Presenter View is a dashboard-style view designed for speakers and moderators - otherwise known as a confidence monitor. It shows all event items in one place — giving presenters a heads-up on incoming questions, poll results, and audience engagement without needing to check the full admin panel.

Open the Presenter View from:

  • The Producer panel → Presenter View link
  • Direct URL: attend.liveroomapp.com/{org}/{event}/presenter

The Presenter View requires authentication — you must be signed in as an event team member.

The Presenter View displays two columns:

  • Questions — The first question in your presenting queue, and a list of the other questions in the presentign queue
  • Activity Feed - the items as the audience sees them on their device.

  • Moderator or Presenter — Keep a tablet or laptop on the lectern running the Presenter View. See incoming questions without switching away from your presentation.
  • Confidence monitor — A presenter can see what’s happening in Live Room from the stage.
  • The Presenter View updates in real time — no need to refresh
  • Use it on a separate device (phone, tablet, or second laptop) so you don’t have to switch tabs
  • It shows moderation-pending items, so you can see what’s coming before the audience does
  • Pair it with the Display View on a second screen for a complete picture: what the audience sees (Display) and everything happening behind the scenes (Presenter)
