Check-ins
Check-in cards let you track which attendees are present at your event. Attendees tap to confirm they’re there — giving you a real attendance count beyond just connection numbers.
How it works for attendees
Section titled “How it works for attendees”- A Check-in card appears in the Activity Feed
- Attendees tap to check in
- A confirmation shows that they’ve been marked as present
How it works for organizers

Section titled “Creating a Check-in”From the Producer → Content Tab → Create Content → select Check-in:

Why use check-ins
Section titled “Why use check-ins”- Attendance tracking — know exactly who was present, not just who connected
- Engagement data — check-in data feeds into your engagement analytics
- Lead qualification — confirmed attendance is a stronger signal than passive connection
On the Display View
Section titled “On the Display View”Check-in cards can be sent to the Display View via Go Live to prompt the room to check in.
- Show the check-in on the Display View at the start of a session to maximize participation
- Use check-ins for individual sessions within a larger conference to track per-session attendance
- Check-in data is especially valuable for sponsors who want to know actual session attendance
