Check-ins

Check-in cards let you track which attendees are present at your event. Attendees tap to confirm they’re there — giving you a real attendance count beyond just connection numbers.

  • A Check-in card appears in the Activity Feed
  • Attendees tap to check in
  • A confirmation shows that they’ve been marked as present

From the ProducerContent TabCreate Content → select Check-in:

  • Attendance tracking — know exactly who was present, not just who connected
  • Engagement data — check-in data feeds into your engagement analytics
  • Lead qualification — confirmed attendance is a stronger signal than passive connection

Check-in cards can be sent to the Display View via Go Live to prompt the room to check in.

  • Show the check-in on the Display View at the start of a session to maximize participation
  • Use check-ins for individual sessions within a larger conference to track per-session attendance
  • Check-in data is especially valuable for sponsors who want to know actual session attendance
