Display View
The Display View is a full-screen, read-only view designed to be projected on a screen or monitor visible to your entire audience. It shows a ‘scene’ — controlled by the organizer from the Producer panel using the item types.
How to access it
Section titled “How to access it”Open the Display View from:
- The Producer panel → Display View button
- The attendee app Event Header menu (if you’re the event owner)
- Direct URL:
attend.liveroomapp.com/{org}/{event}/display
Use fullscreen mode (F11 or your browser’s fullscreen option) for the cleanest presentation.
Scene types
Section titled “Scene types”The Display View shows different scenes depending on what content is currently “live”. Scenes are picked automatically based on the item:
| Scene | What’s shown |
|---|---|
| Welcome | Event name, logo, QR code for attendees to join |
| Slide | Full-screen presentation slide (high resolution) |
| Poll | Poll question with live-updating vote bars |
| Question | A single highlighted question, displayed large |
| Content | A content block (link, resource, announcement) |
| Form | A form displayed for the audience |
| Timeline | A scrolling view of all published items, visible when no item is live |
How organizers control it
Section titled “How organizers control it”From the Producer panel, you control what appears on the Display View:
- Go Live on any item in your rundown — it immediately appears full-screen on the display
- Switch items by going live on a different item — the display transitions instantly
- End the live display, and the timeline scene will show your activity feed.
All transitions happen in real time. There’s no delay between clicking “Go Live” and the display updating.
