Forms
Forms let you collect structured data from attendees during your event — surveys, signup forms, feedback requests, demo bookings, and more.
How it works for attendees
Section titled “How it works for attendees”- A form card appears in the Activity Feed
- Attendees tap to open, fill in the fields, and submit
- Submissions can be anonymous (if you allow it)

On the Display View
Section titled “On the Display View”Forms can be sent to the Display View via Go Live — useful for showing a signup form or survey on the big screen to prompt the audience to participate.
- Use forms for post-session surveys while attendees are still engaged
- Enable anonymous submissions for honest feedback
- Show the form on the Display View to drive participation — people are more likely to fill it in when they see it on screen
