Troubleshooting

  • Make sure the event is in active status (not draft or ended)
  • Check that the attendee link is correct
  • Ensure attendees are using a supported browser
  • If moderation is enabled, questions need to be approved before they’re visible
  • Check the pending tab in your admin dashboard
  • Check your internet connection
  • Try refreshing the page — Live Room will automatically reconnect
  • Make sure the display page is connected to the correct event
  • Check that the browser tab is in the foreground (some browsers throttle background tabs)
