Welcome Card
The Welcome card is typically the first thing attendees see in the Activity Feed when they join your event. Use it to set the scene, introduce the session, or give attendees instructions.
How it works for attendees
Section titled “How it works for attendees”- The Welcome card appears at the top of the Activity Feed
- It shows a title and description you’ve written
- It can include instructions like “Submit your questions using the button above” or “We’ll be starting in 5 minutes”
How it works for organizers

Section titled “Creating a Welcome card”From the Producer → Content Tab → Create Content → select Welcome:

|---|---|
| Title | The welcome heading |
| Description | The welcome message body |

On the Display View
Section titled “On the Display View”The Welcome card can be sent to the Display View via Go Live. The Display View also has a built-in Welcome scene that shows the event name, logo, and QR code — this is separate from the Welcome content card.
- Create the Welcome card before your event starts so it’s ready when attendees arrive
- Keep it brief — attendees want to know what to expect, not read a paragraph
- Use it to explain how to participate: “Tap the button above to ask questions, react with emojis, and vote on polls”
