Links
Links let you share external resources with your audience — articles, PDFs, videos, case studies, pricing pages, or any URL you want attendees to access.
How it works for attendees
Section titled “How it works for attendees”- A link card appears in the Activity Feed with a title, description, and preview image
- Attendees tap to open the URL in their browser
- Links stay in the feed so attendees can come back to them later
How it works for organizers
Section titled “How it works for organizers”Creating a link
Section titled “Creating a link”From the Producer → Content Tab, create a new Link:
| Field | Description |
|---|---|
| URL | The destination URL |
| Fetch Preview | Click to automatically pull the page title, description, and image from the URL |
| Title | What attendees see as the link name (auto-filled by Fetch Preview) |
| Description | Optional context about the resource |
| Card Display Size | Big (full-width image) or Small (image on left, title on right) |

Section titled “When to share links”- During a talk — share the article or case study the speaker just referenced
- After a session — share follow-up resources, slide decks hosted elsewhere, or recording links
- For CTAs — link to a demo booking page, pricing page, or signup form

- Time your links with the speaker’s references — share the resource right when they mention it
- Use Fetch Preview to auto-populate link details — saves time and ensures accurate previews
- Use descriptive titles so attendees know what they’re tapping on
- Links persist in the feed, so attendees who join late can still access earlier resources
