Speaker Profiles
Speaker Profile cards let you introduce speakers to your audience. They appear in the Activity Feed so attendees can learn about who’s presenting.
How it works for attendees
Section titled “How it works for attendees”- A Speaker card appears in the Activity Feed with the speaker’s name, headshot, and bio
- Social links (Website, LinkedIn, TikTok, Instagram, Facebook) appear as tappable buttons
- Attendees can read about the speaker before, during, or after the session
- If comments are enabled via card toggles, attendees can leave questions or notes for the speaker
How it works for organizers

Section titled “Creating a Speaker Profile”From the Producer → Content Tab, create a new Speaker:

| Job Title | Role or position |
| Company | Organization name |
| Headshot | Upload, drag-and-drop, or paste a URL for the speaker’s photo |
| Company Logo | Upload, drag-and-drop, or paste a URL for the company logo |
| Biography | Rich text bio with formatting support |
| Social Links | Website, LinkedIn, TikTok, Instagram, and Facebook URLs — entered with prefixed input fields |
Social links appear as pill buttons on the attendee-facing card, using icons for each platform. They wrap automatically to fit the card width.
Reusing across events
Section titled “Reusing across events”If you work with recurring speakers, use Import Content in the Content Tab to pull speaker profiles from your organization’s content library — no need to recreate them each time.
- Share speaker profiles before the session starts so attendees know who they’re about to hear from
- Enable comments on speaker cards (via the card footer toggle) so attendees can submit questions directly to the speaker
- Build up a content library of speaker profiles for recurring events
